I Work With Individuals,
Families, & Children
Are you facing problems in your personal life? Care must be taken to minimize the impact they have on obligations in your daily life.
We all face loss and complicated situations in our lives. Don’t discard your dreams because of a difficult circumstance. It is important for you to take care of yourself.
Giving yourself permission to pause and care for your own needs, will help you change your mindset and will make happiness a priority.
As parents, we may feel lost in dealing with situations that run away from our control, our tolerance, and our understanding. You didn’t prepare for this.
I am here to offer my expertise to assist you and your children in the process of achieving their potential growth, development, and build a healthier relationship.
With technological advances and less play time, many children and their families are becoming less connected than ever before. Sometimes, as an adult, you do not know what to do.
Play is the language of the child. Play therapy works best if family members are actively involved in the treatment process. Through play, with your help and willingness to be involved in your child’s world, we can work through his or her issues as a team.
Are you ready to figure out how to finally enjoy seeing your child happy, hopeful, and involved in meaningful and deep relationships? Together, we can help your child communicate feelings and thoughts while playing and foster a deep connection that builds a supportive, strong, and healthy relationship.
You want to focus on yourself, but leaving the house, commuting, and taking personal days at your job to attend counseling sessions may not be possible in today’s environment.
You are not alone, and I am here to help. Imagine not having to travel to my office, worrying about parking space, or arriving on time for your appointment.
I am offering online therapy via a familiar home computer, tablet, or phone by using a secured and encrypted platform.
Get ready and take action now. Make yourself a priority.

Frequently Asked Questions
Aren’t people who go to therapy “crazy”?
No. Even therapists, like myself, face some hardship in life and challenging situations when we can benefit from professional help to help us access our strengths and see our potentials.
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, you and I will have the opportunity to broaden the possibilities of better understanding yourself as well as acknowledging your potentials. You will use this knowledge to change thoughts and behavior patterns to help you achieve emotional stability and the realization of more conscious choices.
Do you accommodate walk-ins?
No. Office hours are by appointment only. Please schedule a free 20-minute phone consultation.
Office Hours: Tuesday 12–7 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 8 am–3 pm
How long does therapy last?
In general, psychotherapy is a process of a few months of duration, with a minimum frequency of one session of 45-50 minutes on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Is Online Counseling for me?
Many people have experienced the same trust, authenticity, safety, and comfort, whether they are in the same room or the comfort of their own home.
Before our first session, we will have a FREE no-obligation 20-minute phone or video consultation to chat about your specific needs, goals, and questions, and explore your options.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I accept Husky insurance (Medicaid) only.
I am, also, an out of network provider; I do not bill other insurances directly. Many insurance plans will still reimburse clients for a portion of the therapy fees. I can provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
You need to contact your insurance for clarification since each agreement has its specific features and values for reimbursement.
Uninsured Patients / Self-Pay. If you do not have insurance or if your insurance does not cover the services provided, payment for all services is due at the time of your visit. (Cash or Credit Card)
What is Play Therapy?
Play is the child's language and... toys are the child's words
Children communicate through play to express some of the hidden feelings and thoughts. As a Registered Play Therapist, I can use therapeutic powers of play in a Play Therapy session to allow the child to take the lead in exploring the psychological issues and build healing relationships.
